The abtrad.com website collects personal data in two distinct contexts:

Contact form

When you complete the contact form (managed by the Contact Form 7 plugin), the following data is collected: your name, your company name (optional), your email address, your telephone number (optional) and the content of your message. This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry and to begin a professional relationship. It is neither retained beyond the time needed to process your enquiry, nor shared with third parties.

Audience measurement — Google Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics, an audience analysis service provided by Google LLC. This tool collects anonymised browsing data (pages visited, session duration, traffic source, device type) in order to better understand how the site is used and to improve its content. This data is processed by Google on servers that may be located outside the European Union, subject to the safeguards provided for by the GDPR. No data that could personally identify you is collected via Google Analytics.

3. Cookies

The abtrad.com website uses two types of cookie:

Technical cookies, strictly necessary for the site to function properly, do not require your consent.

Analytics cookies, placed by Google Analytics, are used to measure the site's audience and traffic. In accordance with the applicable regulations, these cookies are only placed after your consent has been obtained via the banner provided for this purpose on your first visit.

4. Data retention period

Data submitted via the contact form is retained for the time needed to process your enquiry, then deleted. The analytics data collected by Google Analytics is retained for 26 months, in accordance with the service's default settings.

No personal data collected on this site is sold, rented or transferred to third parties. The only data shared with a third party is the anonymised browsing data shared with Google as part of the use of Google Analytics.
